On the main site you'll find screenshots of some common tasks that we walk the customers through on a daily basis, links to sites that might come in handy while trying to troubleshoot various problems as well as some tests to keep your basic knowledge fine tuned. In the members only section, Area 51, you'll find the Z-Bang Call Notes Time Saver, which is basically a cheat sheet of many of the tedious and repetitious steps that we tell the customers throughout the day. So instead of typing the same things over and over into your notes, just copy the steps from the page & paste them into Vantive, then edit it to fit. There are also many links and common KBAs that you may use over and over. Also there are email templates, the call script as well as the Z-B forums, where team members can share their knowledge and discuss various technical issues. Hopefully you will find this site useful, so click the menu to the left and try it out.
